I’m very excited to announce my new Fitness & Weight Loss goal , getting Under 100
( #under100 ). For the months of September and October I will be working with one of Australia’s best known personal trainers Blake Worrall Thompson (@blakewt ) of http://www.ministryofwellbeing.com.
As mutual ambassadors for www.ocsober.com.au we hope that through the training sessions we might be able to inspire you to get behind Ocsober and swap alcohol for fitness in October, whilst also trying to break through this weight loss plateau I’ve reached . I’ll be posting up updates from our workouts, my weigh-in’s including measurements and offering you exercises you could try at home.
