“Unusual Combination” A Peak At The Menu

I’m very excited to share with you a sneak peak at a sample menu for the Rogue Homme “Unusual Combination” Dinner.

Thanks to Kopparberg Ciders and Rum Fire we’re looking forward to an experience with a difference.

Sample Menu
The entrees will be served as buffet.

Menu

Salad bar with cider & honey dressing
Cabbage ,mango and pineapple salad with coriander
Red snapper carpaccio cider ceviche verde
Green lenti and red cabbage salad
Potatoes bacon salad
Mussel curry salad with cider
Gravlax salmon , cider blends
Quinoa beetroot and carrots salad
Treviso sald with shredded apple

Mains courses

Lobster pot au feu served with vegetable

Or

Lamb stew navarrin style , couscous and Harissa vegetable

Desserts

Strawberry sabayon served strawberry -lime granite

Of course these will be matched with amazing premium Swedish ciders, compliments of Kopparberg Ciders.

A New Foe In Town

Apart from being an accomplished actor Sydney-sider Arka Das has added online entrepreneur to his bow of accomplishments, with the launch of his online store with good friend Andy “Foe Like The Enemy“.

Calling themselves Merchants of Vintage, the boys have sourced their gear globally and their aim is to keep their stock like their motto; ‘Fresh n Cheap’.

 Foe started out just selling at the markets around Sydney but as of yesterday has launched their online store, and is currently shipping for free all across Australia.
